TOWN COUNCIL WORK SESSION
COUNCIL CHAMBERS JULY 5, 2005
SOUTH WINDSOR TOWN HALL TIME: 7:15 P.M.
1. Call Meeting to Order
Mayor Havens called the meeting to order at 7:15 p.m.; immediately recessed it in order to complete two (2) Public Hearings that went overtime; and reconvened the Work Session at 7:50 p.m.

Town Attorney Barry Guliano
3. Executive Session - (To discuss pending claims and litigation regarding
encroachment into Town’s easements..)
(The Executive Session scheduled for this Work Session was not held at this time due to the shortness of time following the Public Hearings. It was later held at the end of the Regular Meeting.)
4. Motion to Adjourn
At 7:50 p.m., a Motion to Adjourn was made by Deputy Mayor Pelkey; was duly seconded; and was approved, unanimously.
